My Battle Plan to Eradicate Cellulite!

 

For 10 womens, 9 of them have cellulite problems… Even thin women have to face them. Anyway, we won’t let Mother’s Nature win in that case. Lets see in 10 points our French Battle to eradicate cellulite !
1- First : save money : Don’t buy  « miracle » creams !

There is no cream on the market that will help you to get rid of cellulite.  The cause is not on the surface. These creams and procedures just mask the surface of the skin temporarily, and they don’t last. The only good thing about creams it’s that regularly massaging the affected area will helps you tone down the muscles and make the skin firmer. It also promotes proper blood circulation and helps burn fat faster.  But this would work with any other cream or body lotion you already have !

2 – Avoid too frequent diets
Nothing worse than the yo-yo effect !  Each time you follow a diet, your body will stock fat in prevision of  the next one !Thighs and gluteal are the first victims …
3  – Feed you with the good ones…
Cellulite, can be combated with many foods (combined with a balanced course plan).
Onion: draining and detoxifying, it fights toxins, stimulates the digestive system, and lowered the rate of sugar in the blood.
Leek: rich in vitamins A, C and E and very low in calories, it hunt all toxins accumulated in our body
Green tea: this beverage can fight against water retention and help to prevent fat gains.
Celery-branch: this  vegetable will activate our metabolism and help it to eliminate fat and thus reducing cellulite.
Cabbage:  prevents water retention.
Papaya: it fights the collagen in cellulite. It is an excellent ally for thinness.
– Pepper: thanks to its diuretic and tonic properties, it allows to eliminate upstream sugars and fats that distort curves.
Pineapple: excellent draining.
4Or try a dietary supplement that works !
I recently found an excellent dietary supplement which is the only product wich takes into account endocrinal cause for cellulite. Cellulysse contains chaste tree, magnesium and vitamin B6 to regulate the production of hormones ; It also have lemon bioflavonoid, ginkgo biloba and vitamine E to improve blood circulation ; Pineapple, mouse-ear hawkweed, dandelion, yellow sweet clover, potassium and selenium to stimulate lymphatic circulation and reduce water retention. 5 – Follow a food program low in sugars and fats
Avoid sodas, candy, pastries, oil, and other products with high glycemic index. They quickly cause a decrease in the rate of sugar, which increases hunger. Limit the so-called saturated fats such as those contained in meat and charcuterie, but also butter, cookies and cakes, doughnuts, breaded products… You can allow you a few exceptions from time to time: what matters is eating balanced and comprehensive way.
6 – Eat proteins
Note – Proteins develop muscle mass! And this is not their only advantage. In developping energy during digestion, it will reduce weight gain compared to other less well digested food. Where to find it? In meat, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, eggs, or dairy products. Note: choose white meat and fish instead of red meat (red meat : only twice a week).
7 – Avoid adding salt
When a cluster of fat is too important, it hampers the venous circulation and tends to promote a small edema: what women call water retention. It is favoured by the salt. Season your food with herbs to add flavor. The condiments salt-free, garlic and chopped parsley will complement your dishes and perfectly perfuming them.

8 – Drink plenty of water
The more blood circulation is easy, the less you have cellulite. A the opposite, limit your consumption of alcohol and coffee : it dehydrates cells ! Prefer a detoxifying green tea : iced in the summer, warm in winter.
9- Don’t forget to exercise
Exercise is a natural way of getting rid of cellulite.  Exercise will let your body burn those unwanted fats that is starting to accumulate on your thighs.

Abs and glutes programs, aerobics, aquagym, weight training, tennis … and apply the rule of three : 30 minutes , 3 times per week for 3 months« .

All these gym programs are easy to start but not so easy to continue in the long term…
